As a sole proprietor, I remain personally involved in every aspect of the work. This hands-on approach allows me to offer an uncommon level of focus and responsiveness throughout the design and construction administration process.
I hold a Master of Architecture from Pratt Institute and bring over two decades of experience in high-end residential and hospitality architecture. Over the years, I’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of New York City’s regulatory landscape, including co-op and condominium board approvals, DOB permitting, and LPC review. I guide clients through every phase—from initial concept and team assembly to the final walk-through—with clarity and thoughtfulness.
I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with a wide network of exceptional interior designers, contractors, consultants, and artisans. These long-standing relationships help ensure that every detail is executed with precision and integrity, and that each project remains true to its original objectives.
My goal is not only to design engaging, character-rich environments, but to lead clients through what can often be a complex process with clarity, confidence, and ease. Ultimately, I hope my clients feel that the spaces we create faithfully reflect their vision.
